Sarısını iyice çırpın. Beyazını derin bir kaba alın. Üzerine şeker ekleyin. Mikser ile kar beyazı haline gelene kadar iyice çırpın. Ardından sarısını da üzerine azar azar ilave edip, çırpmaya devam edin.<br />Diğer taraftan, derin bir kaba un, vanilya, kabartma tozu koyun ve karıştırın. Üzerine az önce çırptığınız yumurtalı karışımı dökün. Spatula yardımı ile alttan üste aynı yöne doğru karıştırın.<br />Hazırladığınız kek karşımı büyük kare bir borcama dokün. Spatula ile üzerini düzeltin. Önceden ısıtılmış 160 derecelik fırında yaklaşık 40-45 dakika pişirin.<br />Derin bir tencereye süt tozu (Nescafe içerken kullandığımız tozlarından) , krema ve şekeri koyun. Karışımı ocak üzerinde, sürekli karıştırarak, süt tozları kaybolana kadar ısıtın. Ilık bir sıcaklık yeterlidir. Karıştırarak franbuazlı trileçe tatlısının şerbetini ocaktan alın ve dinlendirin.<br />Pişen trileçe tatlısının kekini fırından çıkartıp, ılımaya bırakın. Ardından keki bıçak yardımı ile enlemesine ve boylamasına şeritler halinde keserek dilimlere ayırın. Ilık kekin üzerine, hazırladığımız trileçe tatlısının şerbetini yavaş yavaş yedirerek dökün. Kekin şerbeti emmesi için en az 2-3 saat kadar buzdolabında bekletin.<br />Diğer yandan frambuaz sosu ya da frambuaz jöleyi derince bir kaba alın. Üzerine biraz su döküp, boza kıvamına getirene kadar karıştırın. Dinlenen kekin üzerine frambuaz sosu döküp, her tarafına geleçek şekilde iyice yayın. (Kalıp yağlanmayacak) Krem karamel için süte tüm malzemeleri katın ve mikserle güzelce
çırpın. Bu karışımı da kek kalıbına boşaltın. Keki hazırlayın. Önce yumurta ve şekeri iyice çırpın.
Vanilya ve limon kabuğu rendesini katıp çırpmaya devam edin. Süt ve
sıvıyağı katın. En son birlikte elediğiniz un+kakao+kabartma tozu
karışımını da ekleyin ve keki de kalıba boşaltın. (Bu tuhaf görüntü
sakın gözünüzü korkutmasın.) Pastayı benmari usulü yani içi
sıcak su dolu bir tepsinin içine oturtarak önceden ısıtılmış fırında
175C'de pişirin. Fırına göre pişme
süresi kekten daha uzun sürebilir bir kürdanla kontrol edin.
Pişen pastayı dışarıda soğuttuktan sonra mutlaka bir gece buzdolabında
bekletin. Ertesi gün KENARLI bir tabağa ters çevirin. (bir bıçakla
kenarları ayırın ve gerekirse kalıbın altını çok hafif ateşe tutun veya
